Verger Lamarche is, first and foremost, a story of family and apples. Since 1987, we have been innovating to make the most of all the apples in our orchard through our musts, ciders, and spirits. An adjacent sugar bush is also tapped in the spring for the production of our maple-based products.

An Organic Orchard

At our orchard in St-Joseph-du-Lac, we have always prioritized an environmentally conscious and sustainable cultivation in respect of nature and our consumers, to offer the best apples possible for generations to come! Since the fall of 2023, our apples have been certified organic by Ecocert Canada.
